Dear Mary & Bob,

You have done so much for us that goes far, far above and beyond the call of duty.  From suggesting to look at a house that wouldn't normally fall in our parameters but we instantly fell in love with, to cleaning out my refrigerator while you waited for the carpet layers when I was busy running errands, to getting two contracts for top price on our house in a day when the average days-on-market in Sully Station was more than 30, to making phone calls when other agents wouldn't or couldn't communicate effectively with their clients, to rescheduling three closings to the same day to meet our seller's demands, to sitting at the title company for three hours after both of our closings, just to make sure that our buyers sold their house --the list goes on and on and on.  Throughout this entire process, I never once heard you say "that's not our job" or "someone else will take care of it."  On the contrary, you checked and double checked every detail, took care of things that shouldn't have fallen to you without complaint, and solved problems that I didn't even know exited.
